Troy Web was contracted by the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) to build out Healm — a workforce diabetes prevention website.
The goal is to help employers understand the impact of diabetes on their workforce, working towards coverage through the National DPP Lifestyle Change Program. Employers progress through a self-navigated gamified learning experience, managed by Lifter LMS and integrated into WordPress.

NACDD engaged Troy Web to engineer a self-guided learning experience for Employers. This required organizing content/courses into branching user pathways to allow users to gain tailored information to suit their organizational needs. Troy Web was tasked with designing a system that incentivized user engagement to complete necessary courses and also track employer metrics.

Troy Web provided NACDD with an engaging new system tailored to users so that they can make important planning decisions for their diabetes prevention program.
