Startup uses a web app to receive feedback from local musicians

Due to the negative impacts of COVID-19 on in-person events, local musicians have been in a financial struggle since 2020. Although The Forte Creative Group had a solution to better promote local musicians, they lacked a platform they could implement while increasing brand recognition within the community.

The Forte Creative Group contacted Troy Web Consulting for both their experience in developing software applications and their focus on software project assessments before development. Troy Web Consulting suggested developing a minimal viable product (MVP) web application initially in order to give customers a better understanding of the idea, before developing a full application.

With the need to gather feedback on their features, The Forte Creative Group now had a simple software solution implemented to help promote the idea behind the brand. With a pilot release of the system, they will obtain critical feedback from the user community and have a better understanding of what needs to be built for the flagship product.

The Forte Creative Group is now able to promote and demo its application to the community. Feedback from focus groups provided the Forte Creative Group with a clear scope to prioritize within the application. Now, The Forte Creative Group is ready to develop its full-fledged application in order to help promote musicians in the community.

Troy Web Consulting suggested developing a minimal viable product (MVP) web application initially in order to give customers a better understanding of the idea, before developing a full application. As the product was still in its initial stages, the Forte Creative Group decided to gather feedback on the features from the customer community by releasing a pilot version of the web application. Forte Creative Group wanted to determine the level of customer interest in the MVP and what changes were required for the flagship product.
